Our Leadership Team
Our leadership team includes business leaders and technology visionaries who have proven track records spanning decades in a variety of business arenas and environments.
Girish K. Jindia | President and CEO
Girish launched Aveshka in April 2010 with a visionary spirit and a mission to support the safety and protection of the homeland by providing the full cycle of services surrounding national security and infrastructure protection. Parlaying four decades of executive experience, a unique ability to manage volatile business cycles and a deep network of relationships with outstanding personnel, Girish has guided the firm to earn a strong reputation and appropriately scale from a small business to compete and thrive in an unrestricted business environment. His leadership is driven by a genuine and deep-rooted desire to propel significant organic growth – for his clients, for his team and for the business. He is well-known as the person who willingly takes on the challenges and issues to provide growth opportunities for all. While adroit at anticipating and adapting to industry trends, Girish’s commitment to providing paramount value and quality to Aveshka’s clients remains constant. Girish leads the firm with an unwavering focus on honoring the trust his clients and team have placed in him.
Prior to founding Aveshka, Girish co-founded two government professional services firms. At Advanced Technology, Inc., Girish helped manage the company’s growth from start-up to over $150M in revenues over 12 years supporting President Reagan’s 600 ship initiatives. At Integic Corporation, a provider of technology-based healthcare IT and records management, Girish’s strategic planning led to revenues over $150M annually in partnership with the Xerox Corporation.
