He thrives on assisting Federal agencies and private sector organizations, large and small, tackle and resolve hard problems – from understanding and mitigating risks to the nation to developing policies and strategies for technology, operations, human capital, and performance management. Scott is a trusted advisor to his clients in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions to meet their current and future requirements.
Scott draws upon over 15 years of consulting in the homeland security and investigations space, having led and contributed to major investigations on behalf of public agencies on bioterrorism, other acts of terrorism, aviation security, and for commercial entities on large scale financial fraud and asset recovery. He assists his Federal customers in devising strategies for preventing terrorism, addressing cybersecurity incidents, and responding to an array of natural disasters.
Scott resides in Arlington, VA and enjoys spending time with family and friends, and exploring the world, having visited over 40 countries! He spends his leisure time skiing, playing basketball and chess, and completing the daily crossword puzzle.
